Mikael has years of experience from working with strategy, both theoretically and practically in academic and business environments.
Before founding Vinderstrategi A/S Mikael had:
- As CEO developed the strategy plan with businesscase and established Letpension Holding A/S and Letpension IT A/S with several banks as shareholders.
- As an executive for one of Jyske Bank’s larger departments participated in the shaping of the department into one of the best in the bank, measured by many key indicators.
- Developed and implemented concepts for business advice as a part of the strategy implementation process.
- Conducted co-branding with the Dagbladet Børsen in connection with the nomination of Danish gazelle companies.
- Concept development for franchising
