• Accumulated experience from the development of a global order allocation model, in connection with the establishment of factories in the US and China.
• Created transparency for management pertaining to cost and strategic aspects.
• Worked (across divisions) for the global planner and the management team responsible for Nadelle’s production.

Arla Foods (Leeds, UK):

• Participated in the first wave of LEAN implementation
• Accumulated experience from the establishment of Business Cockpits (performance management based on strategic goals), Cell-team structures and development of tools for evaluation of organizational change.
